What is included in the rent?
Trash removal, water/sewer, 24-hour fitness center, free WIFI, and TVs in common areas are all included in the rent.
What are residents responsible for?
Residents are responsible for electricity, which is the source of your general use, cooking, and running the HVAC systems (geothermal).
What is the application process?
We accept applications online at www.theriverwalklofts.com. A $500 first month’s rent deposit is required. Anyone who will be residing in the apartment over the age of 18 will need to fill out an application. Security deposits may vary, due to special offers, and will range from $500 up to a full month’s rent.
How many parking spaces do you receive and where do you park?
Parking is provided through the LRTA and is $95 per month. Direct access to the covered garage is provided through a catwalk that is connected to the train and bus station.
Is there any outdoor space?
There is a rooftop deck on the west side of the building and a pergola with outside seating. The Riverwalk Lofts’ location along the Merrimack River allows for spectacular waterfront views.
Do any apartments have tubs?
Yes, all 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units have tubs.
Is there any additional storage on site?
We have additional storage available on-site for $50 per month.
Are pets welcome?
Yes, we have a two-pet max per apartment (cats and dogs).

What are the pet rents?
$35 per cat/month (indoor only).
$50 per dog/month.
A one-time $59 charge for the dog pet DNA program-used to help keep the community clean and assure owners pick up after their pets.
Is there a dog relief area?
Yes, an area with artificial turf and drainage specially designed for dogs is located in the rear of the building.
How do residents take their trash out?
Trash rooms are located on every floor with chutes for trash and recycling.
Does maintenance service all apartment needs?
Yes, and maintenance is available 24/7.
What are the lease terms offered?
We offer leases from 6 to 18 months. Short-term leases (anything less than 12 months) will increase monthly rent by $150 per month.
Do you offer furnished apartments?
We offer a fully furnished apartment for nightly or long-term rentals.
