LOWELL -- The Experience Center for Thorndike Exchange officially opened Monday, according to an announcement from Lupoli Development. The leasing center and community outreach site was created in collaboration with Boston Interiors.
The Experience Center, located at 17 Shattuck St., in downtown Lowell, will serve potential tenants of the Thorndike Exchange on Thorndike Street.
"The Experience Center is a major step toward showing the people of Lowell what to expect from one of the most exciting developments to come to the city in recent years," Sal Lupoli President and CEO of Lupoli Companies, said in a press release. "Our organization is committed to creating long-lasting community partnerships and this center demonstrates our commitment to supporting the great people and businesses that live and work here."
The center will be staffed Mondays through Fridays in addition to the last weekend of each month. Potential residents will have the opportunity to see suggested floor plans, unit designs and more. Leasing consultants will also be available to help with the application process.
Boston Interiors will also be co-hosting interior design workshops, according to Karen McShea, vice president for development for Lupoli Companies. Other workshops will also be scheduled as part of an interactive design and community center.
